In November 2019, the US Department of Defense Awarded a Contract for “COVID 19 Research”, 3 Months Before the Term ‘COVID 19’ Was First Used by the WHO

On November 12, 2019, the US Department of Defense (DoD) awarded a $369,511 contract (see “sub-awards“) to Labyrinth Global Health, inc for the purposes of SME (subject matter expert) manuscript documentation and COVID 19 research, according to the USAspending.gov website.

However, it was only on February 11, 2020, 3 months later, that the World Health Organization officially started to use the term “COVID 19” for the first time.

In November 2019, the alleged virus allegedly associated with what the press and governments have been calling COVID-19 was on no one’s radar. Allegedly, the first “cases” were discovered about a month later in Wuhan, in December 2019. At that time the “disease” did not yet have a name, and the alleged virus was called nCoV2019.

Labyrinth Global Health provides “transformative outcomes” in the field of health safety, the company claims. Apparently, its November 2019 contract is part of such transformative outcomes.

It’s DoD contract is part of a broader cooperation with the DoD, through Black & Veatch. A “smart cities“, asset management, engineering, procurement, consulting and construction corporation.

While the contract was awarded in November 2019, the period in which the DoD decided that it required such a contract is obviously a month, or months, prior to the actual awarding of the contract. A contract is only sought when a problem, or need for it, arises. Which takes time to analyze and process.

Provably, before November 12, 2019, the DoD, too, already had plans to use “COVID 19” as a gateway to a “new normal” smart cities society. Why else contract Black & Veatch and Labyrinth Global Health for the stated purposes?

Other contract details indicate that Black & Veatch and Labyrinth Global Health were/are executing their contract in Ukraine (see “place of performance“).

Clearly, it was decided in 2019 to actually roll out the communitarian agenda “community 2020” in 2020. Which is what ‘officially’ happened from March 11, 2020 onward.
